Today we are looking for our Head of Account Management and business performance.

Job Description

  • Prepare and examine financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Manage all accounting transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
  • Conduct monthly and annual closings.
  • Reconcile bank statements and ensure all financial data is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Prepare monthly financial reports required by the group.
  • Analyze financial data and provide insights to management for decision-making.
  • Ensure timely and accurate filing of all monthly tax returns and other regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
  • Assist with audits and implement audit recommendations.
  • Maintain and update financial policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with other departments to support overall company goals and objectives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an accountant or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, regulation and best practices.
  • Proficiency in accounting software Sage and MS Office Suite.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
