JOB OVERVIEW

A reputable organization in the manufacturing sector is seeking a results-oriented Sales Manager to lead sales operations and drive business growth in Accra and surrounding areas. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in FMCG or food product sales, a strong understanding of consumer behavior, and the ability to deliver outstanding results.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company objectives and targets.
  • Identify and approach potential clients, build relationships, and manage client accounts.
  • Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify business opportunities.
  • Monitor sales performance and generate periodic sales reports.
  • Conduct negotiations and close deals with clients.
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team goals.
  • Provide feedback on market conditions and recommend adjustments to sales strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain a professional representation of the brand.


Requirements

  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications in Sales or Marketing are an added advantage.
  • 2-3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in FMCG or food manufacturing industries.
  • Adaptable and quick to respond to changing business needs.
  • Strong communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration.
  • Analytical skills to assess market trends and sales data.
  • Basic understanding of consumer behavior.
